Quite honestly it sucks being an active 26 year old who still has regular wetting accidents. I know it says not to include personal info, but I realize that urinary incontinence at my age is rare, so I'll go ahead and briefly explain my problem. I was born with a congenital disorder affecting my bladder which causes fairly significant stress incontinence. For as long as I can remember, sneezing, coughing, laughing and oftentimes running (which I do twice daily) have resulted in me having wetting accidents. As well, I regularly suffer from significant nighttime bedwetting. I have worn everything from diapers and pull ups to absorbent pads placed in my underwear (during the day). If not for this problem, I would be a completely healthy and normal guy.

I had been searching for a while for absorbent brief-style underwear that is somewhat tight-fitting and supportive, but also doesn't feel bulky between my legs or appear too obvious under a pair of running shorts. I was ECSTATIC when I discovered Easy Comforts absorbent briefs. They are perfect for wearing during the day and don't leave me feeling wet or like I need to change my underwear.
Because the absorbent pad is built in to the briefs, I no longer have to make a quick trip to the bathroom at work or in a store/restaurant to readjust the absorbent pad that I've placed inside my regular white underwear. I also love that the fabric is soft and comfortable and feels almost exactly like the plain white briefs I prefer (I do NOT like boxers/boxer briefs). Since my nighttime bedwetting is significantly more advanced than the amount I wet during the daytime, I do still wear butterfly/tape-up style disposable diapers to bed under my sleep shorts. But either way, I was so glad to find such a great product that doesn't make me nervous when changing clothes at the gym or when going on my daily runs. My confidence level has increased tenfold because they look and feel like regular underwear. These Easy Comfort absorbent briefs are truly fantastic and I hope to continue wearing them for many years (since I will pretty much always suffer from urinary incontinence).

While I have no problem discussing my wetting problem with people that already know about it (girlfriend, parents, brothers, best friend, doctor, etc.), I don't usually even like posting product reviews for absorbent pads or the brand of diapers that I wear...but this product was different and too great not to talk about. I would encourage men of all ages that suffer urinary incontinence to consider purchasing several pairs of these briefs.

Bottom Line
My father has dementia and suffers from Incontinence. He is in denial about the situation and as a result has suffered many embarrasing moments. These briefs have been a life saver. They look and feel so natural that my father has no idea what their true purpose is. By wearing this product my father has been able to regain his dignity and I now have peace of mind.

Why not in Black ?
Before my prostate surgery, I wore Jockey Black with a long leg to thigh that fit snug. Why can't this incontinence product provide that. It makes me feel like a baby. Its bad enough to have to use this, but spruce it up, I am still a man. If it wasn't for my dear wife looking on the internet I would have never found these, I do thank you that I can wear underwear and not a pad.

Awful product
when i first put on this brief, i couldn't believe how stupid it was. it must have been designed by a woman, because it wont work for a man!! the picture is very poor because it does not show the large "functional fly" about half way up in front for access when you have to urinate. The fly is large and HORIZONTAL. and above the slit, the brief has NO ABSORBENT PADDING. sorry to be blunt, but if your "johnson" is pointing toward your belly button, and you happen to urinate in your sleep, the brief will capture NONE of the liquid. the padding doesn't go all the way to the waist band. Forget this product. it was a great idea but it can't have a slit and the absorbent padding must go all the way up in the front.

My husband had prostate surgery and needs something for relatively short-term incontinence. I convinced him these would provide better protection from leakage than pads as well as not develop the odor that pads are prone to do. He found the 12 oz. to be too bulky. He also found the 10 oz. in gray to be not particularly comfortable. The 10 oz. in WHITE fit well and provide the comfort and confidence he needs.

If I am a size 36, is it better to order a medium or a large. i don't want these to be too big or too tight?
A shopper on Oct 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The medium size is suggested for waist sizes 34"-36" and the large size is suggested for waist sizes 38"-40". We hope this information will be of help to you.
What is the difference between the white and grey 10 oz?
W H on Jan 3, 2015
BEST ANSWER: nothing except the color
is there an inner liner so you don't feel the wet pad?
A shopper on Nov 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, my husband says you do not feel the wetness. We bought 6 oz grey and white, also 10 oz grey and white and 20 oz grey and white briefs. We also bought long leg briefs. He feels comfortable wearing these and yes, washable. They do wash well and does not lose their shape or comfort. He says wearing disposable diapers he sweats in the crouch area. I recommend highly. Worth $$$'s.
