Microwave Crisper Pan Works Well

This item saves a lot of time. The directions are general, so you'll need to adopt your own cooking times for items. We pre-heat it 2 minutes, then with chicken patties we let it cook 7 1/2 minutes (vs. the directions of 1 minute preheat and 6 cooking minutes).

If you're like me, you don't clean your microwave often, and according to the directions for the pan, your microwave MUST be super clean, so make sure you clean it well before using. I wonder what kind of messes it'll make; have only used it once so far for pizza warm up.

It can produce excellent results if you learn how this material interacts with your microwave.
Reading is required, and you must have basic cooking skills to maximize the Crisper Pan to its fullest potential. This will not make you a better cook - it can make your food more palatable if you know what sort of texture you want from your food.
It also doesn't hurt if you add a spray of water to help your food "cook" in the microwave.
* I have been cooking for over 25 years, and it is fun to try it when I only have a microwave. However - if your culinary skills are sub-par, don't blame this tool, learn how to cook then play with this.

The product is represented as one that will reheat pizza and keep crust crisp. It does not and is a total waste of money as far as I am concerned.
