Poor Design
While the concept of this walker is what I wanted, the location and size of the buttons to fold it are impossible. The buttons are located too far down and are so very small that trying to push them at the same time can't be done with any ease. I could only do it by turning it upside down and doing one side at a time. Hard to get it in the car that way!

Just what I had been looking for
I had been looking all over for a lightweight rollator that was sturdy enough to hold my weight because I cannot stand or walk very far without aid any longer. A cane is no longer sufficient. Then I saw this walker in your catalog and it seemed the perfect solution. I need it to get me from my car into the Doctor's office, or into a Pharmacy where they insist on having the pharmacy counter all the way at the back of the building. I have not had a chance to use it just yet, but I did try it out and after adding glides to the back legs, it should work well enough. I would have preferred bigger wheels, but beggars can't be choosy. I was thrilled to find something that would work and not throw my back out lifting it in and out of the car. :)

Wont move when weight is put on it. NO Brakes to grab when someone with slow reflexes start to lose there balance. And it has a seat thats easy to use. Would be nice if there was a little more handle area. Simpler is better when your old!

The concept of having a seat for when my mother gets tired she can take a break will help her to her around easier when she does her shopping. Also two wheels seems a little easier to handle than the 4 wheels. I hope this will be easy to use meaning easy to fold up to put away and easy to open it when she needs it.

Having mobility problems, this will be a light but convenient tool when I need to go into a store or restaurant and provide better stability than a simple cane. Plus, if I should tire I can sit for a moment, and then continue on my way.

My uncle wanted a rollator, but doesn't have the strength or balance to use one safely. Now he can walk further in his assisted living community because he can sit when he gets tired.

I was looking for a WALKER with a seat - not a rollater, which is too fast and usually has hand brakes. This looks like just the thing I need.

I ordered this walker recently, but the wheels are attached so tightly that they don't spin! Any suggestions for loosening the wheels? Unfortunately, they seem to require some sort of specialized wrench. Please help --- right now this walker is useless and I need it! Thanks.

In addition to the wheels not turning, HOW do you fold it? One of the pictures show the walker flat against a wall but I can't do it?

Does the back go back someway so u can sit straight on your walker with a seat?
A shopper on May 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: When the seat is down, for sitting in, yes you can sit straight in the walker. It is very easy to move the seat up and down. The seat also helps a lot when moving things from room to room. I use it that way all the time. :)
