            IF JUST ALL THE ENCLOSED DIVIDERS AND ADDRESS REFILLS ARE INSTALLED, THE BINDER RINGS ARE OVERFILLED AND WILL POP OPEN WITHOUT WARNING, DUMPING THE ENTIRE CONTENTS ON THE FLOOR. ADDING MORE REFILLS WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE THE BINDER RINGS.

            SOLUTION IS TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE BINDER RINGS UNTIL THE PROBLEM STOPS.
