        Comments about MediBeads® Moist Heat Neck Rest:

        This product is not for the neck. It is designed for the shoulders and upper back.
        It is also quite heavy and puts stress on the neck. The weight exacerbates the pain I am experiencing in the back of my neck.
        The product I saw in your 2012 catalog is different form the one you sent me.
        There should be an upward collar like extension to cover the back of the neck as was illustrated in that catalog. I would not have ordered this the way it is as it does nothing for my neck.
