I bought these because if my feet get cold when I sleep I end up with foot and leg cramps. They did the job keeping my feet warm. However, if you have to use the restroom in the night be careful because these are not easy to walk in. If you have any foot or balance problems be careful. The seeds inside make them hard to walk in. What happens is the seeds all lump up in one place when you walk, for me it was in the arch of my foot. Not easy or comfortable to walk in at all.Great product for warming the feet! My feet were nice and toasty and helped prevent the cramping problem I was having.
