This device is NOT meant for a man with a size 12 6X wide foot. Only a petite woman's foot would fit. Why is this not mentioned in the product information?

I recently got a Shoe-in which I thought would be a big help in putting on my socks, but I have found it totally useless! I have size 12 6X wide shoes. My foot doesn't even begin to fit into your device. Why is there no warning that it is made for petite women's feet? I feel I have totally wasted my money!
