The compartments are large enough to hold all 14 pills I take every morning, including vitamins, calcium, and other large pills! Being in a case helps protect against accidental opening and loss of pills. I would like something like this in a plastic container for everyday use. The dividers between the strips are very tight and will probably tear with frequent use, but I'm going to enjoy using it. Price is rather high for what I got.
