Release from hospital early only because this pressure pump and system was on order due to ulcer on tail bone. A substitute for an air bed in the hospital. Reduces pressure points.

Sleeping on Clouds & No Pressure Points!

I have a fractured Coccyx (Tailbone) & cannot sit or sleep on regular mattress or hard chair. I tried using a donut (from a medical shoppe) & then had worse Lumbar pain then before (L4,L5,& S1 are herniated also) & this mattress saved me! I was having ulcer's, in that area, from a protruding bone in the fused part of the coccyx, smaller bone piece was broken off, & this mattress helped every inch on my body that hurt! Including other places previously fractured, or bruised. I just wish it came in a queen size, so my spouse & I could sleep side by side(?) He also has had back & cervical fusion's & would benefit greatly with one, someday I will try to put two side by side, both with two-pumps, with air-flow, not sure how that's going to work. But, Will try though! I buy my sheets a size larger to fit over regular mattress & the air mattress, a twin is too small for both!

I have been having back and hip problems for years. I can't sleep all night thru because my back or hips begin to pain. This keeps the pressure fluctuating so my hips and back don't hurt nearly as much. I am sure that as I get used to using it I will also learn more about how to best set the limits for my ease.
