When, oh when, will a company survey us side sleepers and finally figure it out that many of us sleep on our extended arms, tucked under pillows while on our sides???? Next step is to create a pillow that accomodates that. This pillow does not. Is very comfortable if you sleep on your back--only. Most people turn a few times anyway during the night even if not side sleepers. So don't waste your money on this thing. If you have sleep apnea and wear a mask,
the mask will get caught anyway as pillow does not accomodate sleeping on your side on your extended arm running underneath the pillow.

Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend
