      Before my prostate surgery, I wore Jockey Black with a long leg to thigh that fit snug. Why can't this incontinence product provide that. It makes me feel like a baby. Its bad enough to have to use this, but spruce it up, I am still a man. If it wasn't for my dear wife looking on the internet I would have never found these, I do thank you that I can wear underwear and not a pad.
