It doesn't look like much when you open it....but... this little pillow is just Right to cushioning the back of my neck/ back on my recliners or chairs.
Fits perfectly and comfortable! I slip a pillow case over it to keep it clean and we're off to the races. I even bought one as a might-time sleep rest pillow. gain, in a pillowcase, its just the right size to support my head at night (I am a side-sleeeper). It becomes a little smaller and more cushiony with time, but that makes it all the better. I have ordered (and use) several for all my chairs.

This product is made in China. Find someone in the U.S. who can manufacture something worthwhile. This product was sent back for poor quality.

Nothing but excellent. Very practical and useful as a head rest. Not too bulky as most rests are.

The "pillow" was made out of hard unflexible material that hurt my head and neck to lay my head upon it. The last one I bought was soft and cuddly and I loved it. This was the pits!!!
