Not easy to use. Handle is too bulky. Toilet paper either falls out or will not come out! Do not waste your money!

About Me Average Health, Have To Take Lax All The
I had a twisted gut and now I have to take lax twice a day and have a lot of gas and hemorrhoids and getting clean is a challenge.I used it less than a week and the spring loading broke and now the plastic is tearing where I can see the metal.I was going to return it but I ordered 2 as I need them and I can't be out of them but I feel they need to fix the plastic better so it doesn't split and the spring is fixed so it will release the tissue paper

About Me Elderly, Mobility issues
I bought one of these years ago and it worked up until recently when the metal gripper popped through. Finding another one through Easy Comforts seemed like a godsend. However, this new one won't grip the tissue or moist wipes at all as the gripper space for tissue is much too wide (the width of two thumbs). I even tested it with a thick terry wash cloth and it wouldn't grip that either. It's what I've come to expect from items made in China (which you don't know about until you receive it). Customer service is sending me a new one so I hope it will be better. If not, I'll request my money back.

About Me disabled, Mobility issues
Issues with paper gripper - won't hold toilet paper, won't release toilet paper. If you get some to stick inside the grip, you will have trouble in releasing it into to toilet.Way too wide, shouldn't this be more finger size? Even a large man-size finger would be better in taking care of a cleaning job.It just needs to be slimmer - I'm not a small person and it still needs to be a lot slimmer.Too long to fit in purse for travel, barely fits in a backpackWanted to give "better than average" rating but it has too many issues that could be rectified easily .... and make a lot of people very happy!
