            I ordered this to help my posture, but it doesn't help. It rides up in the back, altho I ordered my regular (36) size and it fit well at first. As the day went on, it kept ridding up in the back. I know that a smaller size would not work becasue I couldn't wear a smaller size since I did order 1 size larger in the cup...I also don't like that you can't adjust the size around you. May work for some...did NOT work for me!
