Comments about Furnace Vent Extender:
I have read reviews saying "like a paint tray" "flimsy". Things like that. The fact of the matter is both of those things are true but it works and works really well. This isn't something your going to be able to do with a paint tray. Great product. Buy it.

Using these adjustable vents puts the heatibg and cooling you are paying big bucks for in the right direction: into the room, not up under the curtains.

This is the best deal around on this product, and it really does work. Though it really isn't pretty, the only things I used them for were when something was going to be over top of the vents anyway, so you can't see it to begin with. I have one under my couch, one under an entertainment center, and a couple more to go around (since the furniture isn't all placed where we want it yet, don't know where they will go). As an aside, it would be nice if there were something like this that was bendable/flexible to help fit under smaller things or around corners.

I bought this because I wanted my sofa positioned over the top of the family room furnace vent. Without the product, the room was cold and I knew I was paying for heat that I wasn't getting. The room has been totally different since the product was placed. It fits under the sofa perfectly, you can't see it unless you are lying on the floor, and it efficiently redirects the airflow into the center of the room.
