The cushion is great but I won't EVER order from this company again. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. It took over 3 business days to even ship the product after the order was submitted. Then it took 3 business days for me to receive an e-mail stating that the order had shipped. The shipping method (FedEx Smart Post) is slower than the USPS. It sat at their facility for a day or more before it started to make its way to us. I called to check if the order had shipped since it took DAYS for an e-mail to be sent with the information and the customer service representative couldn't have cared less if I was happy, sad or dead. He didn't reassure me that my order was important or that my business was important. I have been a customer support rep and you should always make the customer feel important no matter what you as a representative think.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their products may be good but that doesn't make up for the horrible customer service.

I bought this to put on my desk chair. The desk chair is the worst chair I have ever bought. It's hard on my thighs & the material is so itchy. This pad is the perfect thickness to make it soft for me to sit in the chair long hours at my computer. It is so comfortable. The cover comes off very easy to wash.

IT IS PERFECT! USE ON RECLINER CHAIR ,MAKES IT MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE. ALSO USE OTHER IN THE LIVING ROOM. THEY HAVE SOLVED BOTH MY PROBLEMS.IT IS WELL MADE{THE COVERS} AND THE FOAM IS SUPPORTIVE. LOVE THEM
