    It works good for me and my family. It is perfectly firm, not too soft and not too firm. Two years ago I odered this pillow for myself and my husband. He also liked it very much. This year I odered some more for us and for my daughter and her husband. They are also very happy to sleep on it. We tried many different models and weren't satisfied with them. Some of them too soft or too firm. This one is just perfect. We like it very much.

        I used this pillow once -- and wish I hadn't, because now I can't return it. I was looking for a replacement for a butterfly pillow I bought years ago as the original one is pretty tattered. I decided to keep the old one bcause it is just what I want.
