    Excellent with abdominal support. I bought this for my mother who has developed a hernia and is not a candidate for surgery. This garment has provided extra support for her and the straps are held snugly by velcrow, which can be loosened or tightened as needed. Very pleased. I am thinking about buying her a backup one as well.
