    I need to find some way to extend anchoring straps.I called company and only relief offered was return. I had thrown away shipping box and I didn't want to wrestle with mattress again.

    Will the handle lock in place?

    We need a support rail that will be perpendicular to the side of the bed...but it must lock in place. I cannot order this item unless I have more information.

      Since this is primarily a productfor disabled elderly, i would think a simple set of assembly instructions would be a priority..but sometimes I think in old fashion ways. Hopefully i can get it together,if not it will be going back..
