Comments about Illuminated Magnifier:
I've had other magnifiers that worked OK but you had to keep moving them around to be at the right level for clear magnifying. This one establishes the level for you and is convenient on a desk top. Doesn't take up a lot of space. I will take it on my travels with me.
Poor quality magnifier

I bought this to magnify the fine print on labels, etc. It does help with fine print but the quality isn't good. It's plastic and there were some scratches in the sides of it and a strange smudge like defect in the center of the lens when it arrived. The switch for the light is very stiff and would not easy for some people (e.g. someone with bad arthritis in their hands) to operate. I'd prefer a higher quality product and one that is made in the USA and this one is not.

I should have looked more closely, when ordering.I am surprised to find the magnifier has a plastic skirt and I find it difficult to move it around to print. Or to store in glove compartment for traveling.
