Comments about Easy Twist Jar Opener:
I use this product almost daily. When my hands can't do the job this is my go to opener. I'd like to see the largest opening a little bigger.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Not for arthritic hands. Too hard to squeeze
By KS Granny

I was forever trying one method after another - rubber grippers, hot water, all the tricks my Mom taught me fifty years ago, including turning the job over to my husband. Not any more! This works on every jar, every time. You do have to select the right size opening, or it won't grip properly. It can be awkward opening very small jars (getting leverage with either the short open end, or with the large inner end, can be tricky, especially if your grip is weak). But medium- and large-size jars are a cinch.

My hands are almost useless due to a medical condition, but I can open ANYTHING with this product! I have tried many others and this is the only one that truly works, and works on all different sizes. I highly recommend it!
Could be better

This is rather difficult to use because it needs ridges added to grip the lids more securely.

About Me Avid Cook
I am disabled and I struggle with arthritis and previous surgeries in both arms and hands. I am always asking someone to open jars and bottles for me. Even though I had purchased other openers in the pass that does not work for me. This has many uses in one item. Sturdy and takes up very little space.

Drink bottles have rough caps, this keeps you from hurting hands. Easy to store, easy to find and very easy to use. Have not found anything wrong with product so far

This thing is Great

This device does what it is intended to do. The variety of sizes of lids it can remove is pretty good. Unless you have a very large jar of something with a huge mouth to it, well, either way, I found this to be extremely useful. My only complaint is that in my opinion, it's unattractive. I have NO idea as to how that could really realistically, functionally be rectified. I to leave it hanging with other kitchen utensils, in plain sight, so that when I need it I won't forget I have it. IF there was a way to make it more aesthetically appealing and I found one that functions exactly the same as this one, for this price, I would toss this and buy the more attractive one. This otherwise serves it's purpose very effectively. VERY easy to use. I didn't have this a full day when a lid had to be removed from a bottle that caused me a bit of a struggle. To the rescue, this thing. Cap came right off REAL easy.
