Use hot or cold; non-toxic gel pack is 5" x 10".
Propylene Glycol Hydro-Polymer, Water.
Use only as directed. Failure to follow instructions, warnings and cautions could result in hot or cold burns to the skin.
PREPARATION:
Hot Water: Place gel pack in boiling water for 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Carefully remove from water with kitchen tongs.
Microwave: Place gel pack on paper towl in microwave. Heat for 50 seconds in microwave (factory tested at 700-800 wattage). Microwave power levels may vary. If necessary, continue to heat in 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Freezer: Place gel pack in freezer for a minimum of 1 hour before use. Gel pack may be stored in freezer for immediate use.
APPLICATION:
Inspect gel pack for cracks or tears before use; discard if bag is torn or leaking.
Wrap gel pack with cloth or towel to prevent direct skin contact.
Apply wrapped gel pack to treatment site. Monitor skin during use.
Approximate therapeutic time is 10-20 minutes.
Seek medical advice for a reaction to skin, persistent numbness, pain or severe discomfort during or after treatment.
WARNING:
Use carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of the Hot & Cold Reusable Gel Pack by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
