      When I wear this item, because of the added depth of the gel pad, it makes my shoes seem tighter and the bunion pain is worse.

          When I wear it with my dress shoes it really works great because I usually only wear it for a couple of hours. But if I wear it to work, after a couple of hours the part of the brace that goes around the foot works its way to the top of my sock and then I gave a big buldge there pressing on my toes.
