Whether this is your first time shopping online or your hundredth time, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. That's why we offer two easy and convenient ways to shop the Easy Comforts website. Take a look...
  1. One way to shop our website is to simply browse through the items by clicking on a category along the left side of the screen or just by selecting one of the many items we feature each month. This way you'll be able to take a peek at all of our handy, hard to find, great value gadgets and gifts.

  2. If you have an idea of what you're looking for but aren't sure exactly where to find it, try our Search Feature located at the top of the page. It allows you to look for an item using a keyword or by simply typing in the 7-digit product number.
Certain transactions on our site may result in a pop-up page being displayed. If you click on the "Add to Cart" button and nothing appears to happen, you probably have a pop-up blocker preventing the next page from showing. You can temporarily disallow the pop-up blocker from preventing display. Please see instructions for your particular blocker software.

We process all non-personalized in-stock items in the contiguous US within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Allow 2 to 3 additional business days for orders with personalized items. Please use a street address whenever possible; PO boxes may delay delivery. Upon completion of your order allow five business days for delivery.

Express Shipping (No PO Boxes Allowed):
We have three express shipping methods in addition to the standard shipping listed above. Express shipping is not available for oversized items; shipments to PO boxes, drop-ship items, or out-of-stock items.

FedEx Home/Ground 3-4 Day Service: Your order will arrive in 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above). Additional Cost: $7.95.

2nd Day Air Shipping: FedEx Air 2 Day Service Your order will arrive in 2 business days after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above). Additional Cost: $9.95.

Overnight Shipping: FedEx 1 Day Air Your order will arrive the next day after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above).Additional Cost: $37.99.

PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING IS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. $6.00 will be added to Priority Mail orders shipped to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. It is highly recommended that customers outside the Continental United States choose Priority Mail Service, otherwise it can take as much as 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Should you be less than satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 45 days from ship date and we will exchange it, issue credit or refund the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Please follow instructions on the packing slip included with your order, or call or e-mail our Customer Service Department for assistance. All garments, swimwear, footwear, bedding, equipment must be in new, unworn, unused condition with hangtags attached, all components included, and in original packaging. Beauty/personal care items must be less than 20% consumed. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return.
